Garden goodies...

Today we made pico de gallo and spaghetti sauce.  I used fresh tomatoes and green peppers from the community garden.

These Roma's got cut up and put in the spaghetti sauce, along with some fresh green peppers.  Major yum factor!!  And the sauce rocked!

Left bowl - red & yellow tomatoes for the pico.  Green peppers and right bowl - cut up for the sauce.

And the great news is that we have enough sauce to freeze and use for later, yum, yum.
