She intrigues me...

This statue is part of a fountain that is located in a town near me. Ever since I have lived in this area, I find myself always wanting to take photos of her. She never moves, always looking the same, yet she intrigues me. The fountain was created for the State Industrial Exposition building that was located at the World's Fair in Chicago, Illinois. In 1892, H.E. Bucklin, who was the owner of the Whitcomb Hotel, purchased the fountain, which was then located across from the Whitcomb. From what I can gather, the two female figures were named Constance and Hope. I shot this photo in November 2017. I will probably keep trying to get the 'perfect' photo of her as long as I live in this area.
